We represent our client, a Nasdaq listed Multinational IT & Networking vendor, providing Networking Appliances and web / Internet based Security. The company ’ s customer base covers a broad spectrum of enterprise industries, including banking, finance, government, education, manufacturing and service provider. They are currently URGENTLY looking for a Sales Manager / Director to be based at their Jakarta, Indonesia office.
SALES MANAGER (Director level)
Responsibilities:
-Reporting directly to the MD in Singapore, the successful individual will meet and exceed revenue of security products and management objectives by successfully establishing and managing security focused partners which include acquiring / developing partners.
-Coordinate and develop the company local sales and marketing activities.
-Develop the security product sales revenue pipeline via channel partnerships.
-Recruit partners to join partner programs. Maximize partner-based revenue contributions in each security focused partner. Develop relationships with distributors to obtain leads and undertake joint marketing and sales activities.
-Provide guidance and leadership to assigned region and their management
Requirements:
-This candidate has at least 7 years of successful, progressive direct and channel sales management experience in the networking / security sales industry, preferably in security hardware and software infrastructure applications. It’ s important that the candidate have an Internet technology background (e.g. FTP, HTTP, DNS, SSH, etc) and a working knowledge of web based security and network infrastructure with the ability to articulate these technologies to customers.
-The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building and maintaining channel relationships at the executive and sales leadership positions within the assigned channel partners.
-Fluency in English is required. Strategic selling skills, technical acumen, the ability to work through various channels, the ability to partner effectively with the direct sales force, and excellent presentation skills are required for this position.
